Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer various shipping options to meet your needs:
- United States: 5-10 business days
- Canada: 7-12 business days
- Europe (Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Ukraine, Turkey, Croatia, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Montenegro, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia): 10-15 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 12-18 business days
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance or carrier delays.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
mybabyx is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Please note that international shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for more information.
Damages
mybabyx is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We ship to most countries worldwide. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

- Delivery times may vary based on customs processing
- We use reliable carriers with tracking for all international shipments
