At mybabyx, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help. We encourage you to contact us first at info@mybabyx.com before initiating any dispute with your bank, so we can resolve any issues quickly.
Return Window
- 30-Day Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for most items
- European Customers: In accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive, customers in the European Economic Area have 14 days from delivery to return products for a full refund
Eligible Returns
We accept returns for:
- Unopened and unused items in original packaging
- Defective or damaged products (please contact us immediately with photos)
- Items that don't match the product description
- Wrong items shipped
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened baby bottles, pacifiers, or feeding accessories
- Opened personal care items or hygiene products
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during clearance
- Custom or personalized items
- Gift cards
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us First: Email us at [your email] within the return window with your order number and reason for return
- Receive Authorization: We'll provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions within 24-48 hours
- Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship to the address provided
- Get Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective/Wrong Items: We cover return shipping costs and will provide a prepaid label
- Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- International Returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase
- Please allow 5-7 business days after we receive your return for the refund to be processed
- Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed
Exchanges
We currently don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

- Do not discard the item or packaging
- We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs
- In most cases, we can resolve this within 24-48 hours
Lost or Missing Orders
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package:
- Check with neighbors, building management, or household members
- Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation
- Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date
- We'll work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement
Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund
- After 24 hours, if the order hasn't shipped yet, contact us and we'll do our best to cancel it
- Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled but can be returned following our return policy
International Orders
- Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees
- Duties and taxes are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
- We recommend using tracked shipping for returns
Chargebacks Please contact us before filing a chargeback or dispute with your bank. We're committed to resolving any issues quickly and fairly. Filing a chargeback before contacting us may result in:
- Delayed resolution of your issue
- Additional fees charged by your bank
- Inability to process a refund (refunds cannot be issued after a chargeback is filed)
We maintain detailed records of all orders, including delivery confirmation, tracking information, and customer communications, which we will provide to your bank if a chargeback is filed.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
